The location and the staff are excelent. They clean the rooms every day. Just 6-7 min walk from the beach. Not too much noise from the streets around, so I was happy. Good value for the money I paid. Helpfull staff if you need something to get repaired. Very close to chinese market and other shops. I did really good shopping - clothes, bags...shoes for very good price Compared with the prices in uk - there is the paradise for the shoppers (just go to Benidorm)! It was double and triple cheaper than in uk.
I could hear everything what they talk and do in the next room. I had to shout at the couple there finaly that I need to get some sleep. But dear tourists - have in mind that most hotels in spain are build up with that sort of material that you and the people next door can hear everything. You all will be like one big family, ha-ha. Maybe if you go to very expencive hotel you will have the chance to have good noise-proved walls, but it is rear. That is why I choosed to pay smaller amount and to here every noise of my neighbours instead to pay bigger amount and still to hear everythiung from my neighbours. On my opinion all the hotels up to 3 stars don,t have good noise insulation. So - be prepared...You were worned what to expect in Spain))
The booking was on a special full board deal. Meals were taken at the So y Sombre hotel which was opposite. The meals were served in what can only be described as a huge canteen and catered fro probably in excess of 700 people. It was a buffet and so busy that meals were not a relaxing and enjoyable experience, you had get in and get out as soon as possible. This was is totally alien to Spanish ways of eating!
