The Hotel is idealy located for the nearby beaches and shopping and for the young lads n girls the nightlife if ur old or elderly and in need of a relaxing holiday this hotel would suit your needs. The hotel staff are very polite and good at welcoming you to the hotel . Food was poor standard and not much choice
Kitchen got closed due to electric problems we were given another hotel just up the road a 3 star rating and we ate all our meals there. Food was excellent in the andulacia maybe this contributed to the closer of the kitchen as on one occasion myself and my partner were the only ones eating on one sitting the chef came out of the kitchen and was suprised to see we were the only ones eating he asked my partner jokingly what have u done to all the people :) the next day the kitchen closed ...only problem I found with one of the staff was the waitress as she watched every move u made while choosing ur meals seemed as if she didnt want us to take it and hovered over u as u ate ur meals maybe she was new to the job or bored of it
The location, the authentic spanish feel and the friendly, welcoming staff.
The staff are excellent. Room clean. Position for town centre.
The Bed uncomfortable, the lift too small always waiting. The noise from neighbours [ not in Hotel] nearby.
I thought it was very good value at hotel andaulcia and the staff were very friendly and warm very good
The young receptionist who was working on the 25th of August during the day around 1pm. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Probably one of the most pleasant hotel receptionists we have ever come across and we've stayed in quite a few hotels. The only reason I'm filling out this is to commend her politeness and the value she brought to the hotel. Should be given another star because of her. Very impressed!
WiFi wasn't working despite being on the ground floor and using the password. Connected successfully but internet was not working. Disappointing because this was one of the features I was looking for in the hotel
The hotel andalucia was perfectly positioned to be able to walk to the beach and town of benidorm. It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The recepionist on duty when we visited even printed off a map of the benidorm and showed us the areas we wanted to visit.Nothing was too much trouble. Basic hotel but excellant value for a couple of nights.
The staff are very friendly and helpfull the bedrooms are clean and comfortable .the food is buffet and very good if you have wine its only 2.5 euros for a bottle and your room number is put on . the beach is about 10 minutes away and the same to the main shopping you do not need a computer as the one in the bar is free overall for a 2 star and the price it is great and would go back
It was central to the places we wanted to visit and it was clean and comfortable.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us.
The hotel is very basic but value for money.
In a quiet area near the beach
No soundproofing in the bedrooms i could hear the guests in the next room
Hotel staff was very helpful in every way.
Rooms are very small, almost too small. TV was very old and no international channels.
The reasonable value at price. The hotel was quite cosy, staff - friendly, close to good sandy beach Poniente (8 min walking). 15 min to the centre of city. Free wifi, but only at ground floor. Good lunch and dinner, but with small choice during day. very good 2* hotel
For 2* hotels everything was ok. Of course, the breakfast was quite poor and not tasty, no changes during a week and very small choice. The lunch and dinner were quite good, change daily. But also choise was poor. But for 2* hotel really good food. Old furniture, good audibility. The hotel was full with Spanish retirees. Just several young couple \ families with children. Rare entertainment for Spanish only.
Its very close to the good restaurants, to the Tranvia, buses, etc.
My room hasnt windows
The reception and dining room staff were very friendly and very helpful.
The food in the restaurant was self service and very, very, very basic. Tried dinner the first night. Burger, pasta or very bland fish was the choice of main course. Didn´t try dinner again. Breakfast once again very, very basic. Not even a boiled egg in sight.
Good value for the price and in the area we wanted to be
In need of a refit and redecoration
